2020-12-151) Electromagnetic guidance AGV. Electromagnetic guidance is one of the traditional guidance methods. It is to embed metal wires in the DRIVING path of AGV and load low-frequency and low-voltage guiding currents to generate magnetic fields around the wires. The induction coil on AGV realizes AGV guidance by identifying and tracking the strength of the guiding magnetic field.
2) The basic principle and method of optical guidance are similar to electromagnetic guidance. Generally, a ribbon with a stable reflection rate is laid on the path. The vehicle is equipped with a light source emitting body and receiving reflected photoelectrical sensors, which adjust the vehicle running direction by comparing the detected signals.
3) Inertial guidance AGV. Inertial guidance is to install the inertial gyroscope on the AGV and the positioning block on the driving ground. AGV can determine its own position and direction through the calculation of the helical deviation signal and the collection of the ground positioning signal, so as to achieve guidance.
4) Laser guided AGV. The laser guided AGV is guided by installing laser reflectors with accurate position around the driving force. The AGV can transmit laser beam and collect the signals reflected from the reflectors with different angles, and determine its current position and direction according to the trigonometric geometry calculation, so as to realize the guidance of AGV.
5) Visual guidance of AGV. Visual guidance control uses image sensors to collect the image information of the strip path marking on the road, and then calculates the relative position deviation between the vehicle and the path marking through computer processing, recognition and calculation, so as to control the running direction and ensure the AGV running along the path.
